Our bicycle garages offer you the perfect protection for your bicycles. Thanks to the robust frame and the high-quality powder coating, they are durable and weather-resistant. The bicycle garages are equipped with a cylinder lock, which ensures guaranteed security.

Material:

The robust frame, including the doors of the bicycle box, is made of tubular steel with a square profile (3 mm) which is then hot-dip galvanised. The metal sheets with which the bicycle shelter is covered have a thickness of 1.5 and 2 mm.

The extremely robust material selected ensures the highest resistance and long service life of the bicycle box. All components, frames and galvanised sheets are then powder-coated with a German powder coating. You have a standard choice of RAL 7016 anthracite, DB 703 metallic iron mica or RAL 9006 light gray metallic. Of course, we can produce all your colour requests for a small additional charge. 

The high-quality powder coating gives the bicycle box the colour finish, an elegant look, makes it durable and offers Protection from wind and weather. All connections are made with aluminium-zinc rivets, which are also coated in the color of the sheet metal so that they are not noticeable.

The bicycle garage owes its high resilience and long service life to a complex process in which the bicycle box has a high-quality double coating. In the first step of the process, the material is hot-dip galvanised in an immersion bath. All parts are also protected from the inside against rust. After the "fine plaster", the so-called fine sanding of the surface, the powder coating is baked.

To compensate for minor unevenness in the floor, we recommend a simple underlay. For the larger height compensation we offer height-adjustable heavy-duty feet (compensation up to 12cm! possible!), which we We would be happy to install it for you in advance, but retrofitting is also possible.

The door features a strong magnetic latch, and the anchor on one of the double doors allows it to be locked. To do this, the anchor is inserted into the prefabricated eyelet on the ground rail. The door hinge is always left-right in a bicycle box with double doors.
